Blackworm is also known as Grew.a, Grew.b, Blackmal.e, Nyxem.e, Nyxem.d, Mywife.d, Tearec.a, CME-24, and Kama Sutra.
Blackworm virus is an Internet worm that spreads by e-mail via messages with infected attachments and through unprotected network shares.
Blackworm virus is designed to corrupt data on infected computers. It also deletes the files belonging to several antivirus programs.
Blackworm is a very high security risk threat and should be removed immediately to prevent harm to your computer and your privacy

Remove Blackworm

Blackworm is a nasty internet worm which can delete Word, Excel, Power Point, Adobe PDF and several other types of files. Blackworm started on the 3rd of February and has been programmed to attack an infected computer on the 3rd of every month thereafter. In addition to destroying those types of files, the worm also attemtps to disable anti-virus software so that it stops updating.

Blackworm attempts to spread by mailing copies of itself to contacts in a user's address book. The worm also tries to add itself to the auto-start programs in the Windows registy. Blackworm will try to infect all computers in a network.

To prevent getting infected by Blackworm you should not open attachments from unknown senderd especially if these e-mails have a porn-related subject line. It is also recommended to scan your computer for viruses and use a firewall.
